Our sister company, Applied Pump & Service (APS) is able to provide a variety of comprehensive services: Repairs, Installation of Spare Parts, Start-Up Services, Personnel Training, Efficiency Tuning, Preventative Maintenance, Fireside and Waterside Cleaning and Inspection. We stock a large inventory of spare parts for all our manufacturers in our Maspeth, NY warehouse so we can meet the needs of our customers.

 

  • Pre-Start up Walk thru

  • Start-up and Commissioning

    • Demonstrate that   boiler,   burner,   controls,   and   accessories   comply with manufacturer requirements. Pre-test all items prior to scheduling and the formal testing that will be witnessed by the test engineer.

    •  Readings at different firing rates of  load  for  the modulating burner shall be taken with a written report of the tests submitted to the engineer.  The reports shall include readings for each firing rate tested and include stack temperatures, 02, CO, NOx, and overall boiler efficiency.

  •  Auxiliary Equipment and Accessories:  Observe and check all valves, draft fans, electric motors and other accessories and appurtenant equipment during the operational and capacity tests for leakage, malfunctioning, defects, and non-compliance with referenced standards or overloading as applicable.
